We are from St. Paul, Minnesota, and after visiting a number of times, we were interested in relocating to the Whitefish, Montana area. From the National Parks Realty website, we found a Whitefish property that was new construction. Julie Constenius was both the listing agent and co-owner of the house. Timing was such that we were not able to pursue this opportunity. Some time later, we reached out to Julie, expressing an interest in purchasing a lot in The Lakes at Whitefish development. Julie identified and presented a number of available lots for consideration. Julie led us through the process of making an offer, successfully negotiating, purchasing, and closing on the Whitefish property without the need for us to travel from Minnesota.
